Refunds and Cancellations
Read this webpage carefully before accessing any of our services. It is your responsibility to be aware of the refund and cancellation policies before booking our services.
If there’s a possibility of the tour not happening or the travel plan getting cancelled, the company will not be responsible for giving any refund to you. Instead, at sole discretion, we will give the refund based on various factors, and the decision on the quantum of refund will be final. It will take at least 15 to 45 days to process the refund only if it is due.
- There will be no refund whatsoever if the client does not utilize any services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, meals, fees, optional tours, etc.
- Refunds for amendments or cancellations will be paid directly to the client who made the bookings with the company. It will take at least take 45 days to process refunds. Only after that it will reflect on the payee’s account
- There is no refund payable for any unutilized services. The unutilized services include meals, entrance fees, hotels, transport and sightseeing for any reason whatsoever.
- Also, any service booked in advance and cancelled as per booking policy, and the refund will be done in the mode of payment that has been done. Cancellation charges will be deducted, and actual bank charges, if any, for refund. This entire process will take 15 to 45 days to reflect in their account
You need to know that fares are not assured until the booking has been made and tickets are generated. Name changes are not permitted. Please carry all your official ID cards and transit visas as we shall not be held responsible if your entry has been denied due to lack of ID proofs.
